The ABC Posturo-Logical Method® represents an innovative and unique approach to posture management, based on a key assumption: symmetrical posture in nature is a concept that does not exist. Instead, what characterizes our natural posture is “tensintegrity,” the dynamic and natural integration of tension and balance in the body.

The principle of tensegrity
The philosophy of the ABC® Method starts from the idea that we are, by nature, “tensintegrated” and therefore naturally inclined or asymmetrical. This asymmetry is considered an integral part of our physiology and not necessarily as a condition to be corrected, but rather as something to be understood and managed.
How does it work?
Through customized assessment tests, the ABC® Method aims to bring patients and therapists to a deep awareness of their natural posture and any asymmetries present. Awareness of these asymmetries is critical to understanding and addressing the underlying causes of postural dysfunction.
The goal of the ABC® Method is therefore to identify these underlying causes, enabling the patient to fully understand his or her posture and actively participate in the healing process. It is not about “correcting” posture in the traditional sense, but rather encouraging dynamic balance and natural harmony within the body’s tensintegral system.
